I had the privilege of presenting to some of @TransformTrust Senior Leaders today about all things safeguarding, with the fabulous @jws100_ . We ended with this message - safeguarding can be scary & sad but we stand side by side with our schools to safeguard children (24/7)

Back2school - Many are facing first day nerves, excitement, the dread of the alarm going off & tales of how the holidays have flown by. BUT remember for some of our children this has been the longest time and they can’t wait to get back to their safe space #togetherwecare

2022-23 has finally come to an end. I work alongside the most incredible people in our schools and in the central team. Thank you for your support as well as everything you do for our children and each other. Now go enjoy your summers (safely), we will see you for 2023-24!

There’s often no such thing as maternity leave from unpaid roles. As a governor in a @TransformTrust school, I contacted them to say I thought we needed a Maternity Leave Policy for governors. And you know what they did? They wrote one! Simple as! Inclusion in action 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
