Athletes have higher glucose levels because they are training and need glucose! Look at this athletes graph from a day of training. Nearly an entire day of glucose OVER 130! This is completely normal and fine.

What happens when you intentionally spike your glucose with a super high carb breakfast, then wait till it goes to 190mg/dL before starting SPU's? (Soleus Push-ups). With 10minutes of SPU's while at the desk, this athlete's glucose dropped to 128mg/dL. SPU's work!!! The

I have been using the excellent CGM app @enhance_d in the past week and I love it. It brings in my Garmin Sleep metrics, my workouts from TrainingPeaks and integrates with so many more fitness apps. Very impressed. Now we just need the ability to “drag and select” a range of
