What an amazing experience. Spent the day at County and was invited to the most generous buffet put on by Orira (rumoured to have been helped by his wife 😉) for the team..... just because 😊... What a treat and what a wonderful food experience 😋😋😋. Thank you 👏👏👏

In 2022 we were around 75 MW’s short of BR+. Significant focus on both recruitment and retention has seen all vacancies now recruited to, 100% retention of NQMs for over 2 yrs, turnover improved improved by over 4% #proud
