California just voted to protect trans refugees from extradition! SB107 passes 60-19! This protects trans youth from being extradited back to Texas/Florida/ETC fleeing prosecution for gender affirming care. It also gives trans teens recourse if their parents refuse care.

Oklahoma Senator announced he plans to launch legislation to ban medical transition up to the age of 21! As expected, we will start seeing gender transition bans up to the age of 21, then 25, then total bans. This is genocide against trans people.

Congratulations, West Virginia! A Federal Judge has ruled that West Virginia MUST cover gender affirming care, and that banning coverage for gender affirming care discriminates on the basis of sex. Huge for all of the trans people that have been denied there.
