It’s conker season (horse chestnuts), found this little one yesterday, left it for the wildlife. I seem to remember the ‘rules’ for a conker fight were that you couldn’t bake them in the oven to harden them, but soaking in vinegar was allowed 🤣🤣 best string was a shoelace .
