When my dad passed away at the end of January, we were cleaning up his apartment and found a couple of beers in the fridge. I took them and planned to have them on a special occasion. Opening night of the playoffs is a special occasion. We always talked Islanders. Cheers Dad.

I gotta say the Stanley Cup. You have to win 16 brutal games to hoist the Cup which is a full regular season of games in the NFL. I get that NFL playoffs are one and done & a single loss means you’re out, but to me a 4 game win streak (3 as a 1 seed) is not as tough as 4 series.
