Running a half-size long since the system’s trigger is stretched. Head’s pounding and I can’t be bothered to micromanage it. Using gains from earlier longs and shorts posted on this. Risk is set. Let’s see how it plays out. $CL

5km run as part of Altrincham Vs Cancer fundraising day for The Christie Charity. Took it very slow on the uphill first km and managed to run the whole 5km. The first all run 5km for a while. Not fast but got there!

I honestly think this might be a tipping point for Farage. The sheer desperation in this stunt is astonishing. He obviously knew before he flew off to the Indian Ocean that he’d be trying to break into a military installation. The performative video is, frankly, pathetic.
