I enjoyed this episode of @LostWomenofSci's #podcast highlighting Y.Y. Clark - affectionately referred to as the "First Lady of Engineering". Y.Y displayed an unbelievable commitment to advancing #WomenInSTEM that should be modeled and admired by many.

My board work brings me so much inspiration - especially with news like this from @PNCBank. Education unlocks many doors, and this program will help close equity gaps and aid in our societal challenge to solve the talent shortage.

Government agencies have a responsibility to best serve citizens and automated voice assistants can improve equity and efficiency but often have adverse effects. We must build empathy into these solutions to create the best #CustomerExperience.

Equitable healthcare is better healthcare. I'm encouraged by the focus on #HealthEquity across the industry, with 28% of healthcare leaders calling it a top priority, up from just 4% last year. We still have miles to go but this is progress.
