My board work brings me so much inspiration - especially with news like this from @PNCBank. Education unlocks many doors, and this program will help close equity gaps and aid in our societal challenge to solve the talent shortage.

Government agencies have a responsibility to best serve citizens and automated voice assistants can improve equity and efficiency but often have adverse effects. We must build empathy into these solutions to create the best #CustomerExperience.

NEW @CenDemTech/@Georgetown ANALYSIS: Only 25% of election websites are using the .gov domain. Election officials need to have a trusted web presence. A .gov domain is a key element of that, but adoption is too low. 🧵 https://t.co/e23u1J3opY

Some reflections on the @WhiteHouse announcement of an #AI #BillofRights today. It's a big step. Folks can feel frustrated that BoR isn't binding policy... but that's not in @WHOSTP's power. Instead, what we get is a powerful, thoughtful document detailing harms & ways to address
Today, @WHOSTP released the #AIBillofRights, five core protections and call to action to protect the American public’s rights in an automated world: https://t.co/8plZLqHha7

Without transparent dialogue and reporting brought on by governance, #ESG is an afterthought and, because of that, will not be successful. We must work to ensure these efforts are driving real impact and are embraced by all aspects of an organization.

Equitable healthcare is better healthcare. I'm encouraged by the focus on #HealthEquity across the industry, with 28% of healthcare leaders calling it a top priority, up from just 4% last year. We still have miles to go but this is progress.

Healthcare equity and access is not a solo project that a single organization can tackle alone. Open collaboration is key to fostering better connections.

To reach the same 2021 earnings as white men, Black women had to work from January 1, 2021, to September 21, 2022. That’s 263 extra days of work. Let’s continue to put pressure on employers, governments, and each other to show up for Black women. #EqualPay

Diversity creates better work and is especially important in the @NFL where 70% of athletes are African American but only 5.8% of all physicians at American professional sports teams identify as Black. This gap represents a potential for better medicine.
