#MMTLP Yes, doesn't surprise me Etrade being non-compliant, for more than a decade. Try searching for the two website locations that they currently cite and initially defined for What Is. ? "Too Late To Cancel" for the reason coding definition, copyright 2009. I searched
#mmtlp.***Circuit breaker halt continued. I'm sure they looked into it. Under FINRA’s rules, this is not possible or compliant, as MMTLP was an OTC security subject to a U3 halt under Rule 6440(a)(3), not a circuit breaker halt under Rules 6120/6121.
