Was talked into trying Babylon 5. I had previously avoided it due to aesthetics. So far not bad, but 2 episodes in, and I’m convinced someone in the design/casting department was follicly challenged or pushing a fetish. Guy in charge of marketing was like “it worked for Picard.”.

The legacy is NuTrek will be that of inauthenticity. Even after all of their attempts to retcon canon, there is no part of you that will ever truly believe that TOS Spock had a secret human sister named Michael Burnham who inspired him to become the man we know.

Go to the wba website and tell me where it says regular belt. The belt tank has is the original belt that super belt is the made up belt creates in 2000.

It’s probably the self-defeating nature of social media algorithms, but I imagine it’s very likely that every time someone posts a picture of Sydney Sweeney looking hot just to call her a dog whistle, it makes her appear even more on everyone’s for you page by virtue of having.

To be real, as an audio guy, I’d never take a baby to a feature film in a theater. The trailers alone are more or less guaranteed to contribute to tinnitus at that age.
there was a guy in my row at my Superman screening who brought his literal baby but it didn’t cry and when the movie was over he said to my brother and me “I bet y’all thought he was gonna cry”.

Bring back the stoic man.
No wonder why modern trek tries to deconstruct this character at every opportunity. Spock is the icon of a lost virtue: emotional restraint. He reminds the current generation what it's like to NOT be ruled by impulse. And they hate him for it.
