Our @PRPRoadSafety team attended numerous community complaint areas this weekend including Trinity Common, College Plaza and Financial Drive. 93 HTA charges including 9 stunt driving where the involved cars were impounded.1/2.

Many e-bikes are powerful vehicles and definitely not toys. If your kids have one pay attention to how and where they drive them. Powerful vehicles in the hands of inexperienced or irresponsible drivers is a dangerous combination especially for the operator. Keep your kids safe.

This weekend @PRPRoadSafety laid over 140 charges in community complaint areas for our ongoing #ProjectErase enforcement. We were on Financial Dr, Midway and Ridgeway enforcing HTA and seized 10 vehicles. We will continue to work to address areas of concern to our residents.

So far this year we have laid over 1100 charges for illegal window tint including this one laid on Saturday. We are also watching for tinted windshields, tinted licence plate covers and all other HTA equipment violations. Please ensure your vehicle adheres to HTA rules.

Our tow truck enforcement is ongoing. These two trucks were in violation of the TSSEA and HTA resulting in their seizure. One of the violations was for window tint being too dark. We are monitoring the tow truck conflicts closely to make our roads safer.

Last night while on patrol our @PRPRoadSafety found a driver burning out in a parking lot on Financial Dr. This behaviour is dangerous,illegal and will not be tolerated.This driver was charged with stunt driving, licence suspended and car seized. Please drive responsibly.

Our #ProjectErase JFO has wrapped up for 2025 with another productive weekend. Since May 1 we and our partner agencies have laid over 2000 charges including 86 stunt driving, seized 98 vehicles and made 137 arrests. 1/2
