There are days when the scale makes me frustrated. On those days just telling myself that there's so much work to be done anyways gets my brain in gear. I used to just let that number ruin my whole day. Today for example I just logged the weigh in and hit the gym for some PRs 💪

I don't get paid for this kinda thing so imma just say it from the heart. These Quest Bars quickly became my go to earlier this year. The top protein bar in my stash of protein snacks that I hide from my kids 😂. I just bought this box and there's already one missing 😂😅

Last couple weeks I had been struggling with my fitness goals. I was still losing weight just at a snails pace. I reflected and figured out the things I could do. And I put that plan into action and boom I'm down almost 6lbs so far this week. Feels good to right my own ship 💪

When I can look at myself in the gym mirror and realize I don't look like a really fat guy today. Well I do but... I've got so much negative body image stuff. its nice to notice myself and my progress sometimes

When I'm perfectly fine having just a bowl of 90/10 ground beef and hot sauce with a side of water for lunch after a workout. 😂 All I'm missing is the rice and it's a @anymanfitness kinda meal lmao

When you're on the treadmill about to get off and "Gotta Fly Now" comes on shuffle. It's pretty much mandatory to run as fast as you can for as long as you can right? I thought so 🤣

I used to think this was boring but it's really not because I'm seeing the results and benefits. I eat the same damn breakfast everyday. And the same afternoon protein shake. Makes me feel like I'm a man on a mission. Which I am I'm pushing for 300lbs by my wedding ❤️
THE BIGGEST DIETING HACK ON THE PLANET: Eat the SAME MEALS at the SAME TIMES… EVERY SINGLE DAY Find a breakfast you like, a lunch you like, a dinner you like, and maybe a 4th auxiliary meal/snack you like All feedings should have a PROTEIN BASE!!! (Greek yogurt, eggs,

And now I'm eating a small breakfast. A medium late lunch. A protein snack. And then a medium dinner. And dessert sometimes. I just need to relax as my calorie allowance drops all day. It's tough to do and not feel like I'm over eating because I'm eating more often during the day

I've been trying my best to change how I eat. I used to have no breakfast. A small lunch. A fairlife protein shake snack and then a HUGE dinner. And always dessert because I had the calories for it.

Normalize saying "I don't want to" instead of "I can't eat that" That simple change is keeping me mentally happier while losing weight.

I got to proudly tell my mom that I don't really drink anymore. I can count on one hand how many alcoholic beverages I've had in the past year. I feel great and know that I'm healthier for it

Apparently it takes a Sean/Shawn to get the motor running. My new therapist is a hard ass who cares just like Sean. I've had a great week with my workouts and I'm gonna keep building on this. This post I'm hoping I can look back on and see that it was a building block 💪

My mantra is now "Consistently Make Progress not Perfection" "My mind will not hinder what my body can do" "I will not find my goals inside this cardboard box comfort zone" "Each workout changes nothing on the surface daily yet it changes everything weekly"

"I Deserve To Be Healthy" "Dedication Hardwork and Consistency" is what I wrote when I was 462lbs in 2019 and it worked all the way down to 308lbs in 2021 but it wasnt sticking in my brain the same these days. My therapist (Shawn) said I should have switched it up long ago

I hate the fact that I yoyo with my weight alot. I had alot of momentum after wrapping up with Sean in May. In August I fell off my wagon and I gained alot of weight back. I got a new therapist that challenges me every week. He told me to erase my whiteboard. Write a new mantra
