Spent the morning paddling on the Fowey Estuary followed by a snack after lunch @CornishBakery new cafe in town. The staff working today were lovely, very happy and helpful. The sausage rolls went down a treat to #customerservice

I went to a meeting @signingtree today, they used normal cups for the tea and coffee and they took the left o er food from lunch to a local charity. #goodpeople #DotheRightThing #sustainability The meeting room is also very good.
