Last year in Flookburgh I was heartbroken to meet a man and his 7-year-old daughter who hadn't been able to see her mum for 8 long months because of cruel Home Office rules.
A year later and I'm so glad to say that after loads of hard work we managed to get the family reunited.

On the day that it was revealed that 10 million litres of sewage had been dumped into Windermere, Conservative MPs still chose to vote against my proposal to criminalise these acts of pollution. Liberal Democrats will continue to stand up for tough action on sewage dumping.

If I’d been offered this deal when I was 9: Rovers will be average for a decade or so, then they’ll be good-to-brilliant for 20 years, best in the country, win the league & league cup, play in Europe… then be painfully mediocre thereafter. I’d 100% have taken it. Thanks Jack!

Without farmers to deliver them, the best environmental policies in the world are just plans sat in a drawer.
If we want to protect our environment and produce the food our country needs to feed ourselves, then we need to keep farmers farming.
