Ever see a 300lb man hurdle? 👀 Werner Günthör Was A FREAK🤯 The 3X world shot-put champ was truly one of the greatest athletes to step on the track. Standing 6'7", the Swiss giant apparently had a 3.60m/11' 9.75" standing long jump!

@MikeCunningham No. Have the athlete reach out respectfully to the coaches and introduce themselves in a proper way or speak with your high school coach about your interest in competing at the next level. Your coach should be connected to the next level and/or be able to at least make initial
