Here's the explanation on when the ICC will be replaced! We began this epoch meeting threshold but not technical requirements. We will meet technical requirements for ratification on September 1st so the Governance Action can be enacted on September 6th!
The “Replace Interim Constitutional Committee” governance action will not be enacted at the next epoch boundary (1 September). Although the action met the required approval threshold at the last epoch boundary, it failed an additional validation related to the Constitutional

Made some few quality of life updates. You can now view DReps votes and filter to just see votes with rationales to avoid having to scroll through the votes without. I want to add Drep voting power and have the tool show DRep names instead of ID, but I'm struggling with the API
