Fund 15 is just around the corner & here's the truth, it's going to get harder. Why? Because we are leveling up.๐ช @Catalyst_onX has allowed us to be very relaxed & casual. This change will push us to write better proposals, others ensure we stay on schedule. Lets do this.
Incoming @Catalyst_onX Fund15 proposals guidance on Cardano. Time to start pushing teams and individuals out of their comfort zone and into better articulating 'SO WHAT of their proposals. Connecting what you 'did' with 'effect it had' is going to be paramount going forward.

Can I just give a shout out to the best travel buddy? @BeatriceAnihiri toured a lot of Japan with me this week, we adventured around, took tons of trains, experienced all the food and fun we could and I just had the best time โฅ๏ธ

Today we went north of Tokyo. We went to Fox Village and legit hung out with foxes! ๐ฒ๐ฆโฅ๏ธ Afterwards we went to an onsen, dressed all fancy and I spent some time in a hot spring bath tonight. OMG incredible experiences! Anddd lots of train stations, a few more than expected ๐คฃ

Japan has been amazing! I went to Meiji Jingu ๆๆฒป็ฅๅฎฎ, a Shinto shrine, feel blessed for the experience. Ate at the best places but a little confused with some street signs! ๐ Also, why aren't there more pet themed cafes everywhere else - the mini pig Cafe was beyond awesome!
