@ThomBrady5 I work in the aerospace field. I am a training instructor we had a base shutdown. There's a woman in hers 50s who just received a 25K relocation bonus. She's work for the company 2 years we go into simulator and she didn't know how to turn the Aircraft on. Why we doing this?.

@ThomBrady5 Every woman Iāve know who has gone into a male dominated field has had an accelerated career path not obtainable as a man. And most of them have admitted to me they really didnāt do anything to facilitate it they just kind of existed.
