A really informative session delivered by staff from Sahara, a dementia service for South Asian Communities. Alzheimer's Society. The group got really involved in the interactive session. The talents for"singing for the brain" were all present in the room. Bring it on.

A wonderful art session was delivered by Christina from Bolton College. Our Khidma ladies amazed us with their creativity, finding the experience both therapeutic and enjoyable. The usual laughter was replaced with focused silence. We eagerly await more sessions!
