Whoever is telling you that Indian Railways has improved is lying. They post pictures of 1 new train while 30,000 old ones rot. I traveled between Nagpur & Raipur after 8 years, same filth, same chaos. Stations were at their dirtiest, trains unclean, toilets unbearable.
