6AM I start my daily 5MI power walk (not a runner) got my weight vest on over my sweats. Beanie on music up. I’m a 6’ 235lbs big bearded 30yr old Black man. In 2020 in places in the US that’s still a high risk activity. The video is sickening. R.I.P Ahmaud Arbery he’d be 26 today

Today we officially say we’ve been married for 2 years. We’ve had a lot of new things and experiences come but there’s nothing better than being able to share ups and downs with my wife and best friend. She keeps my head on straight and motivation high. It’s truly a blessing!

My dad died when I was 8yrs old. Mom and I prayed for good models for me to learn what it is to be a man, a husband, and one day a father. Coaches/teachers know it's people like me watching you. I was blessed with good ones ones growing up. And still at ASU! Happy father's day!
