Gordon Brown doesn’t get the recognition he deserves. Radical economic policy. Record funding for public services. Reduced inequality. 3 million pensioners and 2 million kids saved from abject poverty. I won’t forget what he achieved because I was one of those kids.

The more I travel, and I have traveled a lot, the more I realise that God did not create us in his image, we keep creating God(s) in our image depending on our culture and emotional needs. We have been doing this for millennia! Maybe it’s time to let this one go….
