Mike Johnson says he has the votes to pass the bill. They will try and close the rule at 3:30 AM ET and if that passes, they will go to a final vote of the bill around 5:30-6:30 AM ET.

Mike Johnson said he’s going to keep the vote open as long as it takes to get the majority. Right now, 9 haven’t voted and even if they all voted yes, it’d be a 216-216 tie. He needs to convince a “no” to change their vote.
