As of 10/14/25, 1,596 #measles cases reported in 42 states across the US. There have been 44 outbreaks in 2025, and 86% of confirmed cases (1,380 of 1,596) are outbreak-associated. In 2024, 16 outbreaks were reported and 69% of cases (198 of 285) were outbreak-associated.
