If the Ravens offload Mitchell for pennies, simply to free up a roster spot, fans would rightly ask a lot of very loud questions. He showed enormous potential. Was the injury so detrimental to his speed & cutting ability that they view him as a replacement level player?

In 2023, the Ravens were *FIRST* in the NFL in sacks. In 2024, the Ravens were *SECOND* in the NFL in sacks. Kyle Van Noy had 12.5 sacks on the way to his first Pro Bowl. Odafe Oweh had 10. What are we talking about here?
Perhaps we should start raising questions about Chuck Smith, aka "Dr. Rush". He's with the team for three consecutive seasons, and maybe he isn't as good as we thought. In addition to poor usage on defense, our EDGE rushers clearly are struggling to improve & develop technically.

This is the crux of the game. In less than 5 minutes of clock time, this is the swing. Red zone failures, fumbles, all of it. They kept it close with a shorthanded squad. But you can't make the big mistakes.
@TheMattWise Took a game that should’ve been 10-3 Ravens & turned it into 17-3 Rams. We are terrible right now.
