Maybe it’s time they woke up and smelled the kehwa. The CCG report documents what locals have been saying for years: fear, silenced dissent, and alienation have only deepened since 2019. But acknowledging ground realities doesn’t fit the script.
Kashmir is in bad shape. This report should not come as a surprise to anyone with some familiarity with the people of that region. Of course, those who only covet the land won't get what is being warned here.
