Nutraloaf should be considered cruel and unusual punishment, especially the way it is used in Cook County Jail. The very idea that anyone would want to push this on people whose only crime is being poor is sickening.
The point of EBT is to ensure people don’t starve to death. That’s it. Even if we agree that’s a worthwhile goal, it can be achieved with Nutraloaf. Nutraloaf provides the correct incentives: you won’t starve and you’ll be motivated to earn enough money to eat real food again.

"Third Party" is such a loaded term in politics because it implies the choices always are two biggest political parties "& others". You don't need to vote "for the lesser of two evils." You need to stop voting for evil all together Not "third", unelected. Let's change that.

Illinois had proportional representation for 110 years, electing its state assembly. It worked well. Let’s do this kind of voting for US House elections and end gerrymandering once and for all.
