Is it okay that the monopoly that is @YorkshireWater are using the public to fund their bonuses/dividends/debts whilst polluting. Why should your captive audience fund the rich as you pollute? A 160 quid price rise for us. Theft innit, really.
Hi @YorkshireWater. Based on my annual increase of £160, Nicola Shaw's bonus from last year could pay for <2300 customers' bill increases - none of whom have a choice to take their business elsewhere. Will she be accepting her bonus this year?.
