After reading through all of the replies, I feel the need to let everyone who finds this tweet know that judges absolutely CAN answer questions about situations before they actually happen.

Also for the other Magic topic being discussed, judges are there to help. That includes answering questions about rules and interactions. If you have a question about how a card works, what the rules say, how effects interact, etc please call a judge.
