Recently, I had the esteemed pleasure to coach my judo team during The Silver State Championship. We ended up with one🥇 and three silver medals. We also ended up winning third place as a team. Super proud of my students. They all made me proud. #FTCC #LazcanoJudo

Last month, we had a Halloween fun and games event at FTCC for the kids. Had to dust off the old Spidey suit for it. Found two other Spider-Men to hit the iconic meme pose with. 🕷️🎃

For Konami’s Trunk or Treat, Tashina and I dressed up as Sindel and Reptile from Mortal Kombat. We set up a PS2 for the kids and parents alike so they could pretend to play a round while Tashina and I acted out a quick fight. Afterwards, we would do a “FRIENDSHIP” on one another.

These are some shots from my last tournament way back in June. I usually post highlights but to be honest, they weren’t the most exciting matches. But I do have one in the form of a drop knee ippon at the tail end of my first match that sent my opponent and I into the crowd. 🤙🏽

Just two “creontes” training at FTCC. Creonte roughly translates to traitor in Portuguese. A gym in Thailand formed out of practitioners that left their original gym to create their own & named their new team “Creonte”. The more you now. And remember, knowing is half the battle.
