Sellers are offering more money toward closing costs because the pressure to sell is rising. We are looking at huge price drops, unheard of in the summertime. All things included, there is no room for buyer's remorse this year.

If you are a potential home buyer in the TX market, there is no better time to buy than NOW! Inventory is high, homes are not receiving multiple offers like the past few summers, and interest rates are good (if you still think it's too high, buy new construction).
