I’ve gone to a gym, started and ended a workout in under 5 minutes because I thought a lingering injury was better but it wasn’t yet. It’s a terrible feeling but sometimes the right thing to do.
fat guy just walked into my gym, ran on the treadmill for ~45 seconds, did 8 bicep curls, then left. i’m very anti making fun of fat people in the gym but like… cmon man.
