Excellent talk @RCollEM cpd conference on preparing for a Major Incident. Questions - how to do this with no resources/beds/staff etc. My answer? Tabletop sim it first with stakeholders. Get the basics down. Test it. Then enrol it in situ. Use @TheFloorGame I made it for EDs!
