So if you take a typical Zim "pre-paid debut card" and load it with $200, you get $199 coz they take a buck! Then you buy something for $50 from Shein... They take another 1.75% (but minimum is $2 charge)... so it's $52 gone! But wait... Go to chicken Inn and buy a $4- 2

Advise to anyone who encounters the same error after card replacement. Don’t waste time and go to @stewardbank Avondale branch.

Lesson learnt. People may do the same job but what was an issue was actually a small issue or not even an issue at all. Kudos to the Card Centre team at your Avondale branch. Wish I had taken her name down.

Day 3. Went to the Avondale branch. Explained my issue. The lady at their card Centre desk gave me a new card. Linked it and issue was resolved in less than 10 mins.

Day 2. Went again to Borrowdale branch and was told that I was given the wrong card. So got another replacement and paid the card replacement fee for the second time. Still got the same error. “No universal account”

I had lost my @stewardbank local debit card. Day 1. Went to their Borrowdale branch on Friday and got a card replacement. Me thinking all is well then when I tried to use the new card got an error “no universal account”
