One of my favourite ever sit coms. Nice little story about Richard Briars. 22 years ago, when I was running Music Zone, we had a customer who ordered every box set he had ever been in. “What’s your name please?” we asked “Yes… it’s Mr Richard Briars” he said quietly and humbly
I watched the last episode of Ever Decreasing Circles, the 1989 feature length special aired on Christmas Eve, & it contains one of the most perfect moments of yearning sexual tension in television history. I’m not even joking.

Bus replacements from Hazel Grove and Poynton most of the day too … absolute shambles again from @northernassist Can you imagine getting to a tube station in London to find this level of service - would simply never happen so why do we now simply resign ourselves to it up here?!
@AndyBurnhamGM Is there any point of @northernassist and @UKCivilService management given this continuing shambles of a service. DO NOT travel warnings have been issued by local authorities and you get this!!
