Interesting how a lot of non theme park accounts have been posting about Dinosaur’s closing and how they’ll miss the ride, yet I’m supposed to believe the ride isn’t popular

Fun fact, in Pandora at Disney's Animal Kingdom, some waterfalls are actually just spinning wheels

Did you know? TriceraTop Spin and Primeval Whirl opened in 2001 and 2002, respectively, but Chester and Hester have been around since Animal Kingdom’s opening day in 1998 in the form of the Dinosaur Treasures gift shop. The intricate lore of Dino-Rama started from a store.

This is awesome. This crowd was waiting in line for Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster and Tom Hamilton who plays bass in Aerosmith walked by to ride. I remember when Steven Tyler rode it years ago. By the way, only 33 days until this closes to make way for the Muppets.

BODY WARS This Disney Epcot ride ran from 1989 to 2007, starring Tim Matheson and Elizabeth Shue. It was basically a rip off of Fantastic voyage / innerSpace The ride was so intense, most people left vomiting and fainting!

RIP the @WaltDisneyWorld “CarnoRex.” I call it that because while the skull and arms are made to resemble Carnotaurus like the movie, the rest of the skeleton is a cast of Stan the T.rex. Actually makes it closer in size to the movie version than a real Carnotaurus…

Defunctland has taught me that this will be seen only once for the shareholders and then promptly disappear into the bowels of Disney forever collecting dust
