Ahead of #WorldChildrenDay, there is little to celebrate in the #Gaza_Strip. #Children are simply asking for the end of their suffering, for the end of this war. Listen to Layan, 13-year-old, from Gaza. #ForEveryChild

The @UN Fact-Finding Mission for #Sudan said in a new report today that the country's Rapid Support Forces have committed sexual violence on a large scale, and there are grounds to believe these acts may amount to war crimes & crimes against humanity. ➡️ https://t.co/XXVuHzCyod

Conditions of life across Gaza are unfit for human survival. Food is insufficient, with famine looming. The most basic requirements of humanity are being disregarded. Member States must use their leverage to prevent and stop violations of international humanitarian law now.

Horrific reports emerging from #Sudan’s Aj Jazirah State. Entire villages have reportedly been attacked, with civilians killed, detained and displaced on a huge scale. 18 months on, this war only grows more brutal. The parties and those with influence on them must end it now.

Today’s horrific attacks in #Lebanon killed at least 7 more children, raising the toll to over 200. Under international humanitarian law, children must never be targets. Their protection is a legal obligation. A ceasefire is imperative to end this devastating violence.
