IMO there is no question that a merger will provide greater value to BOTH SpaceX and Tesla investors. Why? Because the product groups are transparently complementary; combining them would collapse and dramatically improve product cycles and outcomes.
As a current Tesla investor, do you think your 10 year ROI is larger or smaller with spaceX mergering? A 10x post merger would mean $25T market cap, over a currently a ~$13T market cap.
