Thank you
@BLACKMARKETVR
for letting me play last night.
This was one of my best sets I’ve played in maybe my whole time DJing. Happy to be back and playing.
Its almost my birthday in Central Time. I'll wait for Pacific for the balloons
But heres to you friends. Thanks for helping me make it to 30. Love you all. Heres a shitty lil vid in return <3
I get that yall hate drama, but if you run a bigger club or host festivals in this scene, please please PLEASE have a team that helps with vetting DJs for bookings.
Stop giving gaslighters, people who trash on clubs and the community, and toxic people a spotlight just because…
Goodbye, Old Mob Logo, and hello, The Mob Boiler Room New Logo, with a little sneak peak of the DJ Booth at the new map. Shout out to

I get the genuine question, but this seems like a tone deaf way to word it.
Some people love to DJ for practice or as a hobby, and in VR you can play what you want, when you want, and not have the genre restrictions irl venues or crowds have. It like playin at your friend house
If you’re creating posters and put a VRDJs name in font bigger than the others on it:
Stop what you’re doing and make it all the same fucking font size you weirdo.
What a night with amazing sets from
@2TD__
@SnaxVR
and
@indent303
Tonight was bittersweet. Tonights set was in honor of my friend I lost NYE weekend. He kept telling me on deployment that 2023 had something special for us, i made tonight good on his word.
Hey friends, I’m on hiatus after the next three events I’m involved with. I’m not in the best mental state and very brain fatigued. If I’m on and don’t accept your invites/reqs or don’t show up to events for a while, this is the reason.
I just need a mental reset, I love y’all❤️
Dawg. I was just about to fall asleep before that post was made
But I need y’all to know this:
I was just a vent outlet for a person that trashed my djing and looks while dating me to friends behind my back. She used me for validation and when I chose the scene, she blocked me.
I want to make this clear for those who weren’t here for 1st era of The Mob:
I wont book only homies. Im not recycling lineups or the same 3 DJs every event. Popups will be rare. I’m always scouting for talent. I want to expose outside talent to this scene. That’s my promise. ❤️
Sorry, but there’s a difference between drama and calling out bad people and clubs doing bad things.
It’s one thing if it’s about barring genres and a different thing when it comes to scamming and invading privacy.
But yes generalize it all and say you’re *tired* of VRC drama
I’ve always been transparent and genuine in this scene when it comes to my motives and personality. If someone truly doesn’t like me or want to interact with me for some odd reason here, that kind of sucks, but I’m just gunna move on.
Listen, at the end of the day, if you have any shred of doubt about the age of someone, remove them from your club and the scene IMMEDIATELY. You’re putting so much on stake for someone who you don’t know irl and who probably won’t give a fuck about you in like 2-3 years.
Not being accountable for fully confirming age and having any sort of intimate relationship with someone underage is not an accident.
And as someone who is currently struggling with mental illnesses:
having a mental illness ≠ excuse or reasoning for those choices
World hopping with small to big group of homies has brought life back to my happiness in VR, sorry if I dont stick around at your events for long, im just getting a lil music fatigued.
Just play music. Book events. Block the toxic people. Surround yourself with good people. Drink or don’t drink. Do drugs or don’t do drugs. Call out the actual bad guys.
I’m not discrediting people who have been legitimately wronged, but it seems like people are yelling at walls
If you throw events but talk shit about other clubs and never show to other events but have the audacity to say you’re part of the scene:
You’re not part of the scene.
Welcome to the yearly summer club purge. 80% of clubs won’t get the same quantity of audience as usual. Owners and DJs gotta look at the quality and not be down with lower audience count. Just continue to book events/play music.
Source: Seeing the same thing happen since 2021
Honestly y’all, this scene isn’t made for unhealthy competition. Healthy competition brings everyone up and for people to learn and polish their craft
This unhealthy toxic competition and shit talk going on is just going to plateau this scene and not let DJs and Venues flourish
We just need a event, no music, no djing, just everyone no matter what side, club, scene you come from. Get multiple instances and people just share experiences growing up, what their parents went thru, etc. it can be about any range of topics, or a set topic per hour.
These next three weeks will be really fucking rough, but it’s time to really start building The Mob back.
Send me SoundCloud mixes and sets so I can download and listen on the ship.
If you have more nights you don’t remember than remember, you have to reevaluate your relationship with alcohol.
Figuring this out has increased my happiness in and out of VR. Stop making alcohol almost as needed as your VR headset to play VRC on the weekends or for shows/sets.
Was able to sneak off the ship for one last meal. I hope you all have a great 3 weeks while I’m gone from social media and vr in the ocean. Please take care of yourselves especially with seasonal depression setting in. I love you all, can’t wait to be back soon.
Terminal out ❤️
Tbh, the two sets that got me thru the past three weeks alone on the ship have been
@GIGA_strawbewwy
and
@AZARYAmusic
‘s Garage30 sets. They are peak mixes that I highly recommend if you’ve haven’t.
I’m grateful to call them friends. 🥹
Y’all really need a reality check. Some people just grasp at straws to make drama in this scene instead of using this platform to bring each other up or raise awareness to real world stuff going on.
This return has been such a vibe, I didn’t think I could have done this if you asked me before I left for deployment. The amount of love and support I’ve gotten is unreal. Thank you thank you thank you.
@OFFSHOREVR
@NullVR
and the other venues, it’s been an honor to play.
Ahhh, this stop means a lot to me. This set was the first one I planned for on deployment.
@ClydeMachine
was a huge friend and help during my deployment even though we weren’t the best of friends before it, and even offered OFFSHORE as a stop for my return. Im so ready 🥹🥹🥹
Its been a while since Term has put out a spicy tweet. So, Kind of tired of people having beef with my friends for stupid reasons. If you're over 21 and have beef for silly reasons like you're a sophomore girl in high school:
Go tf outside, cause you need a life outside VRC.
BIG REMINDER THAT IF YOURE A NA EVENT HOST, THAT IT IS EDT, CDT, MDT, and PDT FROM MARCH TO NOVEMBER!!!
This is important to our international friends because it’s an hour difference.
Tonight, my amazing team and I bring back
@TheMobVR
from a year and a half retirement. If you see me zoning out, it’s because there’s a lot of emotion for me with the mob. If only for one set or all night, come have fun and rage out.
Let’s have fun tonight. Thank you for this❤️
I’ve served in the Navy for 8 years, and spent so much time away from my family, missed birthdays, funerals, weddings, holidays, and went through depression alone.
But Because I want to hold all cop actions accountable and have the police system revised, I should give it all up.
Once you disconnect yourself from the addiction of the scene and align your real life goal and priorities, VR is so much healthier and more enjoyable for yourself.
It’s not hard to be a bad person in VR
It’s not hard to not push your opinions or agenda onto people in VR
It’s not hard to ban underage people in from clubs VR
It’s not hard to not be toxically competitive in terms of running a club or djing in VR
Shut up and do the right thing
Thank you
@RuTransverse
for letting me play last night. One of the most fun and refreshing sets I’ve played in a while. And shout
@nekles2
for the amazing VJing like usual. ❤️
@fyzika_
Pop ups should be like open decks, maybe 1/2 planned DJ open then whoever is in the room that wants to play, plays. tired of seeing pop ups be preplanned days or more than 6 hours in advance with the same 5 DJs asked. random djs >>> room fillers. Stop calling events pop ups 2023
