@SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia SkyQ box just stopped working again, I checked other devices this time, Alexa not connecting, Google assistant not not connecting, PlayStation and xbox both not connecting.

@SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia The engineer wanted access to some cabling in the street, but the manhole had rusted up and he couldn't get access. He was going to come back another day with better tools, but to the best of my knowledge, he never returned.

@SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia All of this started when I was having issues with high latency last year. A virgin engineer came, swapped my hub and changed the cable from my house to the end of my garden.

SkyQ loses Internet connection at least a dozen times a week, which means I have to reset the mini box in the bedroom when I want to use it.

At my previous address, the only connectivity issues I had were when a drunk driver drove through the telephony cabinet at the end of the street.

I'm concerned for what happens next. When Sky drop support for SkyQ, and I have to get Sky Glass, what happens with this poor quality only choice for Internet?.

I moved house in 2022, @SkyHelpTeam told me to cancel my broadband because they couldn't provide Internet at my new address. I had to join @virginmedia, whom I've had many issues with. This is a regular thing now. SkyQ doesn't work with Virgin Internet. Can one of you fix it?
