I've been where Mark Smith is: raising very serious concerns, breaching not only international laws/codes, but breaking moral issues and was ignored. The only thing to do is resign or deny reality to yourself while staying in the job breaching laws as well as your moral compass.
Mark Smith adds that he has raised this at every level & that it's "deeply troubling" that he has been ignored. He states that he previously worked for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's arms export office -significant as the Govt reviews its arms sales to Israel.
