Imagine all the lucrative customs charges on goods for Scotland traveling through England. And the costs of visas to enter England. How many Scots would have to return?

@SymbolStones @Scotsfox Culloden wasn't Scotland against England. It was two rivals fighting over who would be king of Great Britain. If the Stuarts had been interested in restoring Scottish Independence and putting James VIII on the throne of Scotland they would probably have succeeded.
