Merch bots have been against their terms the entire time, yet you’ve championed their use with whisperer. If you have an issue with premium, fine, but you can’t pick and choose when it comes to issues you have with legality

umg never fails to disappoint, despite them saying that my blacklist has been lifted they still cancelled my order with my SIGNED TAYLOR CD. I’m so livid @TayMerchProbs

AutoTaylorAlert didn’t go off either and many Discord bots also didn’t go off, so it’s not just the free SwitchPitch bot that’s messed up right now. I’m thinking maybe UMG’s security actually got upped somehow??

Respectfully, please investigate address jigging @UMG @taylornation13. Surely there is a way to track down those culpable. This is not only a major loss for swifties; it’s an egregious disservice to @taylorswift13 who signs so many CDs for her fans & trusts they will get to them.

universal uk, i have a question! why are the vinyl signed photos the size of a cd? where u out of vinyl sized ones or what?the other drops got photos the size of the vinyl for the exact same price lol @TayMerchProbs

🚨 @UMG asking for a damaged $7.99 CD to be sent back is delulu (we paid YOU $6.50 to ship) 1.) UMG Damage rate to consumers is off the charts 📈 2.) Too cheap to include return label, making customers print 🤡 3.) Zero trust you will resend items, no longer offered on site 💀
