To my old heads: Do y’all remember when you went to the rec or outdoor court and played pick-up? You were either chosen or you had to get down on the next game. If you lose, you had to wait to get chosen or get down again. Remember? Man, that taught me ALOT!

She didn’t think they would confide in “Coach” or “Mrs. Summitt”. She knew they would feel comfortable coming to her office and confiding in her if they called her ‘Pat’.
