Convinced that parent screen time is even worse than kid screen time bc it makes the kids feel like they’re unimportant. (i.e. parents paying attention to their phone when with the kid).

This is a nothing burger. Labcorp and Quest can’t compete with @function and others. The issue is that labcorp and quest cannot officially price their direct cash pay publicly at the same price as they offer to function and others bc then they wouldn’t be able to bill insurance.
seems like labcorp launched a product direct to consumer that gives a lot of the same tests longevity companies give . the lab companies are dinosaurs in a lot of ways (e.g. setting up integrations via API) but they've been pretty aggressive about pushing into direct-to-consumer

After selling rupa, I made a rule to “follow curiosity”. I only say yes to things where my gut screams YES — even if I don’t understand why in the moment. And the first thing I said yes to was Zoya. We met the day after I sent out my final investor update for Rupa. I had lunch

I took our 3 mo old to my cousin’s graduation dinner with about 25 aunts / uncles / cousins I see maybe 1-2 times per year. I walked in and my aunt immediately grabbed the baby from my arms, put 5 overflowing plates of food in front of me, and ordered me to eat. “You sit down!.

Had someone ask me today how I could leave the healthcare industry after all the contacts and experience I got there. Simple — because I’m interested in other things. 🤷🏽♀️ . Life’s too short to do keep doing something just bc you have experience in it.
