Z novinarsko konferenco smo sklenili vijolični september in vstopili v rožnati oktober. Oba meseca letos povezuje kampanja »Ne pozabi nase!«, ki nas opominja, da sta ginekološki pregled in samopregled dojk pomembna ter ju moramo umestiti na seznam opravil.

This is a major story from #ASCO25. Randomized phase 3 trial of time of day of immunotherapy infusion. Randomized to infusion before or after 3pm. Early infusion far superior: PFS 11.3 vs 5.7 HR 0.42, OS HR 0.45! Impactful, pragmatic, not costly. This should be a bigger story.

Presented at #ASCO25: In the OASIS-4 phase 3 trial involving women taking endocrine therapy for HR-positive breast cancer, elinzanetant (a neurokinin-targeted therapy) significantly reduced the frequency of moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms. Full trial results:
