@SashaLeighHenry @kyalbr @TaniaThompson The short film is so amazing. I just watched it. Kyle is right itās incredibly hypnotic. It does remind me of Mike Nichols but also a bit of before sunrise/Richard Linklater in the naturalness of the dialogue and the musicality of it. Itās truly beautiful. Congrats.

"Palm Springs" won an independent spirit award for screenwriting. A friend of mine who's a veteran pro reader passed on it for his bosses. He's a smart guy, he said he just didn't feel it when he read it. So, you know, take your rejections in stride.
