@orgvue1 @LightcastData Interesting that there isn't a stand alone SWP function but rather embedded capability plus beg / borrow / steal support as needed. I think this lean approach is where a lot of companies will be at present.

HR Analytics Summit today, The difference between last year and this year in terms of actionable GenAI tooling is HUGE. Last year not a single person had launched anything and it was all theoretical. This year every speaker is talking about tools they have built and piloted.
