A huge thank you to #FridayFundraiser John Williamson, who ran the Great North Run for his friend Gemma, diagnosed with Posterior Cortical Atrophy, a rare form of dementia, at just 31. John finished in 2:04 and raised over £8,500 for @RareDementia, a service we proudly fund. 💜
