We are hiring a new BMT/cell therapy doc at Sarah Cannon/MountainView hospital Las Vegas! Business is booming and we can’t keep up with referrals. DM me if interested in joining Nevada’s only BMT/cell therapy program.

Very important publication indeed, defining response level following transplant in myelofibrosis is a very challenging task for all of us in this field, this certainly helps guide future strategies to improve patients outcomes .. congrats to all authors #bmtsm

Thank you @YLeyfman for this outstanding question , IMO the timing judgement will stay an art for now (ML/AI may eventually change it) considering complex entangled factors that impact success here, certainly immune fitness biomarkers but also clinical factors and others #lymsm

@Taha_CancerDoc This is such an important point. It makes me wonder whether future guidelines or frameworks might focus more on defining that optimal therapeutic window—the “sweet spot” where tumor burden, immune fitness, and CAR-T/bispecific efficacy align. Do you also foresee the field moving

Very important message on how to optimize your use of #CARtcell therapy. I would argue the same message applies in lymphoma, it’s context dependent too. Debulk disease first then consolidate with cells for safer and likely more efficacious approach. Timing is art of oncology

I am scared of using CART or bispecifics in myeloma with large volume disease: CRS, neurotoxicity, HLH, risk of death, and all kinds of complications are much higher. I’d rather control myeloma and get it to low volume before using these immunotherapy treatments. This is why
